The staff we have from Newcross are always professional, competent members of staff and are a pleasure to work with. We tend to have the same members of staff come to the home to support, so they are familiar with our people we support, staff team and how the home runs, which works great.

The branch support from Newcross is excellent. The Nottingham branch team that I communicate with all respond within minutes to any queries or complaints I may have. They go above and beyond to make sure there’s no problems with the staff they provide us with and pull up any staff member who may not be working to the best of their ability

I must say you are the best agency I have ever used. The commitment from your staff is commendable and no matter what time we call you have always been able to supply staff at short notice. Fantastic service

We have worked with Newcross since opening our complex care services there years ago. We work with both Birmingham and our Swindon/Wiltshire branches . I work particularly closely with our Wiltshire & Swindon branch we honestly couldn’t run our services without you. We have always found Newcross to be responsive to any requests we have.

Newcross are a really effective part of the team at HFT. We have a regular agency usage and regular staff pick up these shifts. The staff feel like they are part of the team, they follow any guidance and policies and work to a high standard. All agency staff we use ensure they build a good rapport with each individual we support and maintain these working relationships. The agency staff are friendly and approachable and mould well within the team.
